How to calculate an element in the mutual capacitance matrix in Comsol

Hi all,

By using the electrostatics (es) library, Comsol is able to calculate mutual, inverse Maxwell, and Maxwell capacitance matrices automatically. I have been using Stationary Source Sweep library to simulate my strucutre. It seems like in this study Comsol's main output parameter is the inverse Maxwell capacitance matrix, which is then transformed into the other two matrices by using specific built-in transformations (e.g. From inverse Maxwell to mutual). Let's just say we have a structure that has more than two terminals (N). I am looking for a way to calculate a specific element in the mutual capacitance matrix (e.g. C13). Is there any possible way to do such in Comsol? It is very easy to use Matlab or any other math engines to do this simple math but unfortunately trasferring data takes a lot of time.

Thanks in advance,

Max
