bottle water impact with floor

I need simulate the impact of a water bottle with a horizontal rigid surface because of the gravity, with different indicial condition on the water, like wave in the free interface, vortex, etc. I need see the water behaviour during the fall and in the impact

Please, can you say to me how i begin this simulation?
