I want to design a simple buck converter in COMSOL. I have face a problem using comsol. As there are four terminals of MOSFET Drain, source , gate and bulk. Now the problem is how to give pulse wave (let say frequency = 1kHz and Duty ratio = 50%) to a n-channel mosfet and what should i do with the bulk terminal? I shall be very thankful for the help Thanks
