Hello everybody,
I am modeling a very simple model and willing to calculate the magnetic force. This model consists of two permanent magnetic blocks and a piece of iron, as seen in the attached image. Why is the force on the iron piece pointing up while it should be pointing down? Since the two magnetic blocks attract each other and the iron piece!
