Hi,
As part of my bachelor thesis, I’m modeling an acoustic microcavity where an air bubble is trapped inside a U-shaped solid structure (Image in attachment). I modeled a fluid domain where the water around the structure and the bubble inside are actuated from the bottom wall by f0 in the thermoviscous acoustics module. I tried to model the air-water interface with a Dirichlet boundary condition as a weak form PDE. I added the air bubble to the PDE module and the boundary between the air and the solid structure was selected as zero flux by default. I chose the air-water interface (blue) for the Dirichlet boundary. In study 1 I first evaluate the first order acoustic fields and then the laminar flow module in study 2 for the acoustic streaming flow. The problem is that I always receive the error message that the relative error (13) is greater than the relative tolerance. I read that this error can be due to the wrong assignment of boundary conditions, but I don’t know what my mistake is. Can anyone helpe me with that? Thanks :)
