Custom Boundary Condition With Identity Pair

Hi,

I'm working on a 3D geometry within Solid Mechanics physics where I'd like to impose a constraint that relates the displacements of one surface (destination boundary) to another surface (source boundary), similar to continuity periodic BCs except for custom expressions for the constraint. Could anybody help with that?
