Moving sets of PCBs simulation

Hi, im so much new and unfamiliar with all this multiphysics stuff and by the way i have got a very definite question(application) and it would be very nice of you guys if you could help me. here comes the question : i have designed a multi layer pcb in altium( the tool really doesent matter, i cant redesign it in something else if needed) which has got multi layer incuctances and capacitances within the pcb layers( i mean that the passive components are not discrete elements and are of pcb track form ). in the other hand i have designed another multi layer pcb just like the first one but of course with different design. the first pcb would be connected to power supply and starting to creat some ac electrical curents through the windings in the pcb and hence creating ac magnetic field. the second pcb would react to this magnetic field and the story will begin as i think you all know(i mean faraday law and...) now i want to explore how every thing changes as the PCBs move with respect to each other and also the effect of external magnetic fields and external conductors and .... WHAT SOULD I DO? i mean where should i start from? am i right being here in comsol multyphysics or are there other simulation softwares for this. and if comsol is the answer how should i deal with the problem? i would appreciate it if answering me in step by step guide lines. Thanks a lot for paying attention
