How to input continuity conditions (inner boundary conditions) of PDEs in COMSOL Multiphysics ??

I am working to solve two PDEs in the pictures attached below. The governing equation for the concentration is shown in Eq.(1), where the subscript, i (i.e., i=1,2), denotes the variable in the ith layer. At the interface of two layers, there are continuity conditions as illustrated in Eqs(3a) and (3b). Eq.(3a) allows for the concentration continuity, while Eq.(3b) allows for the flux continuity. May I ask how I can input this kind of inner condition in COMSOL Multiphysics? As I know, COMSOL Multiphysics can account for the concentration continuity (i.e., Eq.(3a)) automatically. Nevertheless, as shown in Eq.(3b), n1 and n2 are two user-defined parameters. I just wonder how to input this kind of continuity condition in COMSOL, especially flux continuity. I would be truly grateful if anyone can help me to work out this problem.
