Hi my name is Seong-Won Moon.
I want to simulate about 200 distributed nanoslit (200 nm by 40 nm) in metal-sheet (10 um by 10 um) for looking near-field distribution(or surface plasmon polaritons) when the linear or circular polarized light is incident. However, it takes too long to create a mesh, so it doesn't finish. So, I tried another method using transition boundary condition (in metal slit) and impedence boundary condition (others boundary). But, this case does not converge.
I have questions about: 1. How much RAM do I need for this simulation. (*My computer is 128GB RAM.) 2. What is wrong in my simulation.
Please, it's urgent. Thank you.
