Radiative Decay Rate & Nonradiative Decay: Principles of nano-optics (Lukas Novotny)

Hi,

I want to model decay rates of quantum dots assembled on substrate (PURCELL effect). The eq. are in the book mentioned in the subject of this post. For instance, they are eq. 1, 2 in following paper: "Nguyen, Hue M., et al. "Efficient radiative and nonradiative energy transfer from proximal CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals into silicon nanomembranes." ACS nano 6.6 (2012): 5574-5582".

Is there any one who hasimplemented these equations in COMSOL and can help?
