Nested Optimization

Hello,

I like to optimize three variables for certain values. Say: v1=[1 2 3 4], v2=[34 46 34] and v3=[10 11]. I have difficulties in referencing optimization with parametric sweep. I really appreciate if you can help me.

Note: I know that I must use derivative-free methods for optimization
