Is there a way I can modify my Probe values??

Let's say my probe has generated results of

1. x values y values
2. 1 3
3. 2 4
4. 1 0
5. 3 9
6. 4 5
7. 3 2

(I have numbered it for easy understanding. You can ignore the numbering)

Is there a post processing way or means where I could modify the values of the third row (which is 3. 2 4) to (5 7)
