I wish you Good Health. I am using a licence version 5.3a in Physics Department university of Gujarat Pakistan i am facing problems in COMSOL plasmonic solar cell Simulation, that is
1) how can i simulate solar cell device i.e construction of their geometry and adding material for n-type and p-type materials, assigning value of imaginary and real parts of permitivity and permeability etc of semiconductor materials and light interaction to get/plot output IV curve by coupling semiconductor and wave optic module.
2) How can I design plasmonic solar cell device as attached in the paper to reconstruct and plot different graph as given in the Research Paper attached file please.
3) kindly guide step vice to model the PIN diode and compute without error as given in the Research Paper attached file please.
I will be very thankful for your guidance in this regard.
