Two way FSI solver-- a piston push fluid through cylinders and small gaps

I want do a simulation in two way FSI, a piston pushing fluid through cyliners and small gaps. I have try to use different solvers of Time dependency. It is always the Error " Failed to find consistent initial values. Last time step is not converged." I have already mesh finer and check the BC's
