Hi all!
I followed the same procedure as Si polycrystalline actuated cantilever in application example and alternate Si by Au. However , I got this massage "Failed to find a solution for all parameters, even when using the minimum parameter step. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned."
Is there any hint?
