Electron mobility calculation in Plasma module

Hi,

I am building a model with plasma. I found a paper (doi:10.3390/proceedings2130948) talking about the electron mobility in plasma. It provides a formula to calculate the reduced electron mobility. I wonder how to choose the settings in the Plasma Module if I want COMSOL to calculate the reduced electron mobility like this.

Also, I don't know whether it is necessary to calculate electron mobility like this. Or maybe it is applicable enough to just set it a constant (such as the defaulted value 4E24 1/(V·m·s)).
