Reacting Flow in Porous Media Solution Error

I am trying to simulate the various aspects in 4 different studies: 1. Bulk flow through porous media (Brinkman Eq. - Stationary) 2. Particle Tracing (fpt - Using Study 1) 3. Constant concentration flow distribution (tds - No Rxn - Using Study 1) 4. Concentration flow with a surface reaction (tds - W/ Rxn - Using Study 1)

So far steps 1 and 2 have been succesfully completed; however, when I keep encountering errors in the 3rd study.

Error 1: Failed to find consistent initial values. Singular matrix.

For mesh-case 0 there are 664730 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.c. and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix). Last time step is not converged.

Error 2: Time adaptation interrupted. The following feature has encountered a problem: - Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol4/t1) Failed to find consistent initial values. Singular matrix.

For mesh-case 0 there are 664730 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.c. and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix). Last time step is not converged.

Warning 1: Low minimum element quality. (from Extra Fine - Physics derived mesh)

I've attached the model, without meshes or solutions. Hopefully someone can provide some helpful suggestions! Thanks for the help!
