"Error when unpacking resources. Error code: -1"

Hello,

I get an error when trying to start the comsol version 5.4. The message I get is "Error when unpacking resources. Error code: -1", and the software doesn't start.

Did this already happen to anybody ? Do you have an explanation/solution for this error ? The disk C:// containing Comsol only has 14.5 Go of free space left, maybe this could be a memory issue ?
