Solution of error: Maximum Number of segregatec iteration reached.....and residual error ig greater than the relative tolerance

Hello everyone, Here i want to discuss some errors that i am facing while running COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3a for simulation of metal hydride reactor. I have used two Physics interfaces 1. heat transfer in porous media and 2. Turbulent flow k-epslon. Select the stationery study. but when i compute the results it gives the following errors. Kindly help me and give me some suggestion to solve this error.

1. Failed to find a solution.
2. Maximum number of segregated iterations reached.
3. In Temperature T:
4. There was an error message from the linear solver.
5. The relative residual (1) is greater than the relative tolerance.
6. Returned solution is not converged.
7. Not all parameter steps returned*.
