Heat transfer module

Good day everyone,

I am currently working on a heat transfer problem in COMSOL. Here is my problem:

Basically, in my boundary conditions of my model I put the temperature T1 and I have a heat flux of 37 kW going out of my cylinder from T2. The goal is to calculate T2 by imposing T1 temperature and the power of 37kW.

My question is: how to put as a condition the 37 kW crossing the section T1-T2 and going out of my cylinder?
